CALLING THE GUARDIANS OF THE LAND

Anchored! Activate! I took a breath and paused for a moment after I spoke these words. I could feel the pillars of transcendence that Spirit and I had co-created were now firmly anchored into the consciousness fabric of the land. The breezes picked up, gently caressing my cheek as the songs of the earth and the sky met in a rainbow of colors.

I stepped forward along the path and strode purposefully towards the footbridge spanning the rushing creek crossing it. I paused in the center, and facing downstream, I opened my mouth and sang, sending out a clarion clear call . . . calling forth the Guardians of the Land. I sent the call out on song, the crystalline tones rising to greet the heart song of the land in gratitude and love.

We are here! It is time!

And we give thanks for this opportunity to join in consciousness with all, for the good of all.

The Call has Sounded!

A group had gathered to honor the land and each other. Each person played a part in weaving their own melodic threads into a communal web of Light, a pattern of consciousness that with consistent nurturing, will continue to radiate out and touch all it encounters with a transformative spark of Light.

It takes a tapestry, a community, each of us working, playing eating, being together in celebrating, encouraging, nurturing, being our own unique authentic selves contributing to the whole, giving from the heart with Love, with Grace, with Joy. Each one contributes to the vibrant, living, breathing pattern of Light upon which the future will manifest.

Come, let’s celebrate!

Come, let’s sing our part of the whole!

Come . . .

Let there be . . .

LIGHT!

Something to Ponder:

  • What do you do to honor the land?

  • What do you do to honor each other?

  • What do you do to honor Self?

Something to Practice:

Sit or stand in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a few calming and relaxing breaths. Place one or both of your hands on your heart, and connect with the land. Surrender to a feeling of receptivity. Allow yourself to connect from the heart and feel a sense of love and joy connection with the earth. Then open your mouth and tone, or sing a song without words, from that space. Make a joyful sound. Dance if you feel called to do. Become the Song . . . become the Dance.

When you feel like it’s done, breathe, and remain in silence for a while.
