SILENCE . . . AND THE BREATH

Silence. And the Breath.

The Divine is here in every moment, in every space of no noise, of silent breathing.

Divine Presence.

Sound. And the Breath.

The Divine is here in every whisper, every flicker of coloured song and ocean roar.

Divine Being.

Light. And the Breath.

The Divine is here in every rainbow, every sparkle of silver clouds and sunlit skies.

Divine Action.

OmniPresence in the Breath,

As the Breath,

In Silence, in Light and Sound, in All There is.

Let us center down now into the Breath and know.

You. I. We.

Presence.



Something to Ponder:

Can you allow yourself to settle down into the breath? If you find yourself struggling, blow the breath out in a loud exhale, then relax down once more into the breath.


Allow yourself to listen to the silence. Focus on the rhythms of your own breath. This is truly the Holy Spirit breathing with you, for you, and as you. You are breathing OmniPresence.


Something to Practice:

Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a few calming and relaxing breaths. Practice breathing from your belly. Relax and settle into the breath.


As thoughts come up, just observe them in an “isn’t that interesting?” mode. Release everything to the One Source, One Force, the Divine, for transformation.

Breathe . . . Breathe . . . Breathe.
